The 2023 Riesling from Domaine Robert Karcher & Fils is an Alsatian classic. This Riesling is known for its fruitiness and delicate, refined nose. It is a wine with a clear, pure profile, as you would expect from a traditional Alsace Riesling. Although the wine is dry, it has a mouth-filling freshness that remains perfectly balanced.

The Riesling is not an exuberant wine, but rather one that impresses with its purity, crispness, and mineral finesse – a pure translation of the Alsatian terroir.

This wine pairs well with many dishes, including fish, shellfish, and white meat. However, it performs well with many dishes, making it ideal for both light summer dinners and hearty comfort food in winter.
