Ordering and delivery

What is the minimum number of bottles per order?
You can order a minimum of 6 bottles per order from us. This allows us to guarantee the best quality and service.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days in the Netherlands. You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been dispatched.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the number of bottles. You will see these during checkout.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is paying with you secure?
Yes, all payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments with SSL encryption and 3D Secure protection.

Products and quality

How should I best store my wine?
Store wine in a cool, dark place at a constant temperature of 10-15°C. Lay bottles horizontally to keep the cork moist.

Can I return an order?
Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us within 48 hours.
